Helping small businesses understand what Salesforce does is one thing. Convincing them Salesforce cares about them is another. This campaign did both by telling stories of success starring small businesses while also providing a clear path to helping them find the right solutions.
The results drew traffic to the web page and created a distinct way to use the Salesforce characters that helped build better creative footing (3-D characters vs 2-D) for the larger campaign — “We bring companies and customers together” — being driven by Scott Larson (Head of Creative).
